When your website is "completed", this means the website is up to date and in working order for that particular day. At TotalWeb FUSION, we realize that things change at a moments notice.
Some changes that may occur include staff changes, product changes, and/or photo changes. Sometimes companies change their logo, colors, and/or name. The web standards that are in place today can also change at anytime. We are in the process of this happening at this time (check out XHTML for more info). At TotalWeb FUSION, we make the process of website changes easy for you. We offer Website Maintenance Contracts for you.
Website Maintence Contracts are billed together with Web Hosting. Our Website Maintenance Contracts are 20% less than our regular hourly billing (Since we offer a significant discount, a minimum one year agreement is required - See out Terms of Service for more info).
With Website Maintenence, all you have to do is either email, fax, or call us with website changes, and we will do them for you right away (during normal business hours). That is right, we will put your website change at the top of the list of things to do.
How many hours of time should you pay for in advanced? TotalWeb FUSION's website maintence has a standard cost each month. This allows for one (1) hour of work. Each additional quarter hour will be assessed on the next billing cycle (regular billing is done in half hour increments). It is that simple!
